No Cost Home Energy Assessment
Through Energy Trust of Oregon’s Community Partner Funding program, LCRI offers no cost, no obligation home energy assessments for homeowners and tenants served by Pacific Power and Avista Natural Gas seeking energy upgrades including weatherization, water heating, and heating and cooling systems. To check your eligibility, please use the Oregon Department of Energy ‘Find Your Utility’ tool linked here. Follow the prompts below to schedule an appointment with one of LCRIs trained assessors today!
Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency Development Assistance
Rural small business owners and agricultural producers seeking energy upgrades for their operations may be eligible for unprecedented funding through the USDA Rural Development REAP (Rural Energy for America Program) grant and guaranteed loan program. LCRI has partnered with the University of Oregon, Wy’East RC&D, Sustainable Northwest, Wallowa Resources, the Oregon Department of Energy, and Energy Trust of Oregon to provide no cost, no obligation technical assistance for eligible small businesses and producers.
