Ambassadors are individuals who have installed renewable energy systems on their residence or business who want to tell others about the benefits of living with solar, wind and/or geothermal. These early adopters are often the best spokespersons for renewable energy and their goal is simple â to help others achieve energy independence and bring renewables into their lives.
The Renewable Energy Ambassadorâs role is to:
⢠Inspire people with their enthusiasm for renewable energy
⢠Share their reasons for introducing renewable energy at their home or business
⢠Describe what itâs like to live with solar, wind and/or geothermal
These homeowners and business owners fill in some of the information gaps that data sheets and promotional materials just canât provide â all with their own personal stories. All Ambassadors receive their own webpage, describing their renewable energy system(s) and other energy saving features of their home. This collection of webpages will create a Renewable Energy Ambassador directory that other Lake County residents can access for information and inspiration.
